Micheal did a horrible job on my nails! He offered to fix them after only ONE day of getting it done. I walked in and a lady tells me that he is busy and she would fix it, and then I told her Micheal offered to fix it, so that’s who I would like to fix it since he was the one who originally did the service. She repeated that he was busy in a rude way. I mentioned, if he can’t fix it then I would leave. I am extremely disappointed. I went to go see Michael, and he did a spa pedicure and gel manicure. He was definitely a nice person, but he did not do a good job on my gel manicure. I usually get it done every 2 weeks, my nails were already chipping and lifting after 3 days. That is insane for the price I paid. That’s never happened to me. Mind you, I wear gloves and take care of my nails. I have never had an issue until I went to Michael. Excellent experience, my daughter and her bridal party had a nice evening of pedicures and manicures. They provided us with snacks and beverages and provided amazing service!

I’ve gotten my nails done at this nail salon several times now and it’s been a great experience each time! I would get gel-x done as well as a couple of refills with my nail tech, Ann. My experience felt very professional and I felt very comfortable voicing my opinions. The ambience of the salon was also really nice. There was soft music playing and they serve wine to those who would like some.
