I went to go get my nails done expecting for my experience to be nothing but great. Don’t get me wrong the entrance when I had first gotten there was amazing got greeted. Got offered a drink as well. Then as I got my nails done I got asked what package I would like. I asked for the package and the pricing never got the pricing from her and then after when it was time to pay my total was way more expensive than what it should’ve probably been and it’s not worth $95 for my toes to look the way they do. I loved it. They did a great job. The worker, Lam, did a beautiful nail design for me and was very professional with her work.
Lam is amazing! She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect and paid attention to every detail. Super sweet, professional, and talented. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back!”
I’m giving two stars because I walked in without an appointment and only waited 5 min. Trinny did my pedicure and everything was good until she started buffing the soles of my feet and seemed irritated that it tickled. Then she talked me into a manicure that I originally declined. She said she could remove the cuticles. She used the dremel on my natural nails at the cuticle line.
