I’m giving two stars because I walked in without an appointment and only waited 5 min. Trinny did my pedicure and everything was good until she started buffing the soles of my feet and seemed irritated that it tickled. Then she talked me into a manicure that I originally declined. She said she could remove the cuticles. She used the dremel on my natural nails at the cuticle line. They have limited English proficiency, which makes it difficult to clearly communicate and request the right service. At times, it felt like they were speaking among themselves while customers were left trying to understand. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was offered water instead, which didn’t address my concern. The lobby is small, and when my husband and I arrived, another customer was checking in, so we waited. A beautiful and peaceful sanctuary. The ambiance, price, and service was on point. Trinny did a beautiful job and even exceeded my expectations. I keep my nails simple by trimming only and don't expect much extravagance. I was pleasantly surprised with a hot towel service, as well as moisturizer - all for only $10! I'm looking forward to visiting again for a pedicure. Thank you!
