I always get excellent service and the rep explained maintenance prevention to me so that I can enjoy my vehicle for more years to come.
Except for one aspect, that most people are keenly aware of, I had nothing but a good experience having my car serviced at Gossett. The rep was courteous and professional, the premises are very nice, they provided a loaner vehicle, had the car finished in a timely manner, and washed it. The only negative is the price, which is typical of all dealers.
In the most professional way, concerns of my Cayenne was taken care of expeditiously. I was provided transportation while my vehicle was being taken care of. Friendly, polite, atmosphere at the dealership.
So far my experience is great. I had to drop off my vehicle and received a loaner. I have been updated along every step taken and given an estimate of when my vehicle will be ready. Excellent so far.
