Do not use Gosselin Realty when attempting to rent one of their homes. Based on my experience, their service was unethical and deceitful. Prior to submitting my application for a rental they had available, I was asked a few questions about items that might affect my approval. I was completely honest and requested at that time the list of requirements so that I may not pay application fees in vain. This was my second time using Gosselin Realty and my first time with Chris Govatos as my realtor. Chris is great! He listened to our needs and showed us only properties that were right for us. He was always attentive and patient. We closed last week and I couldn’t be any happier. We strongly recommend Chris.
