I have rented from Goss before with no issues. This last time however, I had alot of issues that they refused to address. I rented a walk behind concrete grinder that had some problems. Per the online manual, it is supposed to be an 11" working width that it grinds. It was only 4". Idk if it wobbled enough or what, but the bolts were tight. The second big problem was the 3 blocks that contain the diamond ginding strips continually fell off the machine. This was not totally Goss' fault. I was Charged for a full day, but returned it in a few hours Equipment I received was old and not functioning properly when returned Was told that You have to use a lot of force, to get it to work but other ones I’ve used in the past were not like that I believe their equipment was malfunctioning. Staff did not seem To care about the issues I had.
Wonderful and very helpful staff. My go-to place for all of my rentals.
