For a long time, I felt having a dedicated insurance agent was worth paying a little more for the added peace of mind. My first few years with Goss & McLain were great. Prompt replies, quick updates, and no complaints. Around 2023 I started getting shuffled between agents, and even simple requests would take a week or more (I purchased two new cars in short succession). This company committed fraud on an insurance policy involving my mother and now refuses to help her solve the issue they created. I would make sure you are VERY careful when dealing with them. Edited for typos
