Did almost everything over the phone. All I had to do was sign the papers when I got there and I was done. In and out in 1/2 hour. Great experience. I highly recommend them and Scott Constantine. Fabulous to work with on 3 different purchases!
In my long search for a color matched hard top for my limited edition Jeep color I was fortunate enough to connect with Erik at Goss Jeep. I can't stay enough kind words about the customer service, buying process and communication. Erik even went above and beyond and delivered it to me. I wish I lived closer so they could be my local Jeep dealer!
