I was a patient of this practice for many years. Visiting was as unpleasant experience as possible, mostly due to the office staff. If they weren’t out right rude, they were ignoring you. They didn’t return phone calls or follow through on requests. The office had ridiculous rules. After seeing only Dr Goss for many visits, to be approved for surgery, you must see Ashtyani. have left multiple phone messages trying to get a visit after a referral from cardiology. Still waiting
I was seen by a number of doctors who said I had a long-term Cough (pre-Covid). Dr. Gosh did a much more detailed exam - I had double pneumonia! She direct-admitted me and I’m alive today because she cared and is smart. Then she was by my side for my lung cancer. What else can we say, but thank God for you, Dr. Gosh.
I had testing done back in October 2020 still 1/25/21 never ever had tbe decency to call me with the results I had to see them on my portal and has been treating me for copd which my new dr said I don’t have just asthma and them sends me a bill for it stop this all I was with her was a number and her office people are horrible I sent her my family member and they left her too, she’s not good at all.
Went to Dr. Goss as I was having low energy and sometimes felt if I was choking on water when I was just sitting. Glad, I did! She listened to me. I followed up with sleep study tests. Went for surgery as she recommended. A few months after surgery I had an allergic reaction to blood pressure medicine I had been using for at least 30 yrs. I would not be here today, if I did not find a doctor who cared and gives time to get you in.
Dr Goss was to provide me with a doctors note stating I was there for an appt. they sent my whole chart with notes. I’m not sure who she was speaking to when she took the notes in my chart because it was not me. She put a diagnosis that I am morbidly Obese due to excess calories. I am not 5’7” and weigh 189”. Work's great with the patients
The people who complained about the office staff didn't go there to be treated by an office manager or a receptionist. They get their job done, and Dr. Goss is top-notch doctor with an advisory panel to evaluate patients too. Make your appointment and smile at the staff. It will make them feel appreciated too.
Staff is incredibly rude, apathetic, and don't care to do their jobs properly. Specifically, Tatiana and Victor should not be working if this is how they will behave.
