Very polite professional and helpfu I would recommend them to family and friends l would go back if there was anything I needed
I bought an axle assembly from this guy and he completely misrepresented the part. He said he would inspect the gears and make sure the assembly was road ready. When my mechanic received the part it was obvious the differential cover had not been removed and there were missing break parts. All in all, the assembly was in far worse shape than the one I intended to replace. This man is dishonest and untrustworthy. I still haven't received a refund either.
They were very helpful. Made sure that they had the right part for my car before they gave it to me. And since I live so far away they even met me on my side of town to bring me my part. Very honest and dependable...which is a lot more than I can say about Jim West & Sons
