Rang to book appointment - got in within a couple of days. Parking available onsite. Everything explained when we arrived. Excellent service and help. Consult was excellent. David Lane was professional, courteous and explained what he was doing. How and why he was doing it. What needed to be done for future visits. Very impressed.

I rang and spoke to manager about cost of treatment and told him I couldn’t hear him properly because of the background noise. He said it’s a bob cat and I asked him if he could go to a quieter place. Then he said No I can’t help you and he hung up on me, This is extremely rude and disrespectful and I’m wondering if his staff are the same.
