Poor communication and service! I’ve been waiting for my dogs prescription to be shipped over two weeks and had to reach out to the company to see why I still haven’t received it. The vet didn’t approve it because she wants our dog to have a heart worm check (which I understand) however no one reached out to let me know my online order was declined or I needed to come in for her visit to get her prescription. RecommendedWe love her! Prices are affordable, and she is just genuinely the most no nonsense tell it to you straight vet I have ever met. Never going back to our old vet who was absolutely nickel and diming us hundreds extra for everything! I hope she stays in business forever. 🙌💗💗💗 Highly recommend!! My friend recommended her to me when my dog hurt her leg, because Dr Rowe had already taken care of several of her pets.
After getting a ridiculously hefty quote for my sweet doggy to have a dew claw and tumor removed, I called around trying to find somewhere that I could realistically afford. Not only was Gosling Road Veterinary clinic more affordable but Dr. Rowe and her staff were so comforting and caring during the whole thing. The level of care and attention to my dogs needs went above and beyond, including some extras that I totally expected to be charged for and even offered payment for but was told were at no charge. My family and I have been clients of GRVC for years. Dr. Rowe has cared for everything from cats up to hamsters. She and her staff are great and can’t imagine anyone else ever caring for my pets other than them.
My baby girl died after visiting vet twice did not like the staff Dr. Rowe was sympathetic
