Very rude and unprofessional employees/volunteers as well as questionable billing practice. The facility is consistently dirty as well and it's clear the toys are never cleaned. The staff here does a disservice to the wonderful name of Goshen valley. I would consider any donations or service to this location to be a lost cause, much better quality organizations around to support, they need it too, they are all booked up so only poor facilities like this have availability.
Goshen meeting another great need in our community. Therapeutic services are becoming more of a necessity in today's world. Grateful to have such a great organization in our backyard serving the county and beyond.
