Goshen Terrace Review- 5/5 I was in my senior year of college at West Chester University when my roommate and I moved into Goshen Terrace. The main reason we made this move was to get more bang for our buck and we were a bit sick of college campus living to say the least. We were pleasantly surprised with Goshen Terrace.
