Rented a storage unit a few days ago and I have not been provided the access code to the gate. I have things I need to take to the storage unit and I am unable to do so. Hasn’t been a pleasant experience so far. Tried calling during their business hours and nobody answers.
Just checked on my unit and over half of my stuff got stolen. Not secure. Wish I could give lower stars cuz I also reached out to terminate my lease and they took the next payment anyways.
This facility is ran by a corrupt individual. He takes money from your bank card anytime he feels like it. DO NOT RECOMMEND
