The people are friendly and helpful. Virtual visits would be nice, but apparently they can't get the software working. They always emphasize being early by 10-15 minutes, but the doors are locked until appointment time after lunch ... and then it takes a bit for them to get ready to begin.
This was by far the best medical “test” I have ever had where I was treated with respect, kindness, and compassion the minute I stepped in the door. Jim, the sleep tech, not sure if that is the correct title, was wonderful, personable, and with humor! I of course was nervous, but he always kept a calm voice, explaining everything. It made this whole situation seamless and comfortable. Thank you!
