My wife was sent to this practice because her doctor retired. The doctor she seen (half her age) but knew everything, I guess a degree makes you better than everyone else. So now we're in the emergency room for the second time because there is nothing wrong with my wife. The ziesures are made up. The shingles on her face for 5 years, she just needs to get use to the pain and people staring at her. This has to be the most uncaring practice in the whole state. Rachel Doby, NP is my provider and is phenomenal along with our nurses Claudia! The front desk staff has always been helpful and friendly face to face or over the phone. I first started in Goldsboro with Goshen, I’m really glad they’re here in Sanford. Best of luck to my first provider Rachel West, sorry I missed your leaving! 🫶

I see Rachel West, PA and she is fantastic! She is always willing to listen to your concerns without jumping to conclusions and really looks at the whole health picture when determining the best plan of care. She is kind, supportive, and wants you to feel like your best self. So thankful for her!

I was disappointed with my experience with Dr. Rachel. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and communication throughout the process was frustrating. One of my biggest concerns was the refusal to complete paperwork that I believed was necessary for my care, which left me feeling unsupported and without clear guidance on next steps.
