The lack of care/urgency from the front desk is insane. I will say, I’ve never had an issue with Payton or Julie, but everyone else SUCKS. Hancock told me if I was having any suicidal thoughts, to call, tell them, and ask to speak with her. I did this & was told she wasn’t available (without them even checking). I didn’t have a plan at the time, but wanted to prevent anything more serious happening. I received no support, and that same night I ended up going in to psychosis & overdosed. These people are entirely incompetent the MAs and LPNs can’t do a simple TB test properly and have to look up simple things on the computer and try to belittle you in the process. Toler and her LPN are jokes.
Goshen Medical in New Bern is by far the best Medical facility in my opinion. 1. Julie, the greatest receptionist Goshen has EVER had in that office!!!! She goes above and beyond to help get messages to to the doctor's and PA's, and returns with answers or she will call you back with an answer as soon as she gets one 2. Virginia Hancock is the absolute beast of a PA!!!! Goshen is BLESSED to have her so I hope the treat her right along with Julie (they should be a team!!!!!!)
