Very nice staff! Doctor John Nordin was very caring. 5 stars for me. Just need to change the address on Google it was taken me to the old address had to call for the new one.

The lack of care/urgency from the front desk is insane. I will say, I’ve never had an issue with Payton or Julie, but everyone else SUCKS. Hancock told me if I was having any suicidal thoughts, to call, tell them, and ask to speak with her. I did this & was told she wasn’t available (without them even checking). I didn’t have a plan at the time, but wanted to prevent anything more serious happening. I received no support, and that same night I ended up going in to psychosis & overdosed. These people are entirely incompetent the MAs and LPNs can’t do a simple TB test properly and have to look up simple things on the computer and try to belittle you in the process. Toler and her LPN are jokes.
