Savannah or whoever was working today around 4:50pm, you need help with your customer service skills. I work customer service as a career and I would NEVER treat someone the way you did my mom. Idc if they called at 5 on the dot. "I have no desire or time to explain it to you and if you can't call back another day then you need to find somewhere else". If you don't have the desire to do your job then find another one OR ask your employer to look into ECE training, it'll help you so much. Xx (ECE- Employee Career Education)
The staff here is rude and unhelpful including the manager and pharmacist the actual Dr. is the only one that’s respectful it’s the worse experience I ever had with a Doctors office also the Doctor is only available two days out of the week on zoom calls only . Other then that you have to wait on them to get on contact with him and majority of the times they don’t even contact you back.
Very nice Doctor....Very thorough. She really cares about her patients.
