The manitence is top notch its a great enviorment.
The only positive thing about this location is the maintance man, James. He was always very attentive and kind to the residents. The location is also convient with stores and resturants in walking distance. The only negative thing is the other residents, I had issues with my downstairs neighbor blasting his television all hours of the day-night where you could feel vibration on the floor. Also had neighbors who would bring very questionable individuals everyday who smoked and drank throughout the day to the point of spilling... read more
