Everybody I encountered was very nice and friendly. However I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service department and the work that they did. I took my car in after I lost acceleration while driving, along with a check engine light with a code for the cam shift. Within 2 hours of dropping my car off, they told me I need the fuel pump replaced. They billed my warranty, I paid out of pocket for the diagnostics. GMC of Goshen has earned my business! Another shop in town drilled through my truck’s main wire harness by accident, shredding wires and killing the electrical system, which required towing it to Goshen GMC to resolve. This extensive repair work to replace the wiring system required removed the dash, seats, and pretty much everything inside the truck and then some under the hood. I was happy to find out that there was an active recall on my vehicle for the issue I was having. So no charge to me for that! However, they suggested that I change a filter to improve gas mileage. I am an active tracker of gas mileage so I said yes! (+$50) My gas mileage has not improved. So I suspect that it was a way to get a little money for a job that was covered by warranty. Thus my 4 star rating.
Camden and other staff were very professional and helpful in selecting our next vehicle - thanks to all - we are happy with our selection!
