Trying to call for a few hrs, after on hold 4 minutes it cuts off.
No one ever picks up the phone no matter what day or time you ring which is frustrating if u need to double check appointment times etc
Was kept waiting on the phone for 20 minutes. No one answered. I tried again later still to No avail. Why is this so?? Is the hospital under staffed??
Why isn’t the clinic staffed for someone to answer the phone. It’s impossible to talk to anyone.
Over 30 attempts to call outpatients clinic with no answer … it’s impossible to make appointments if no one answers the phone..
