Called about coming in to get a F250 tremor since we were trying to get out of another lease and needed something with more tow capacity. We explained to them that we needed to keep the payment about the same and had good credit. They said it could definitely be done and it was the best time to do it as soon as possible. My car sat ther for a month, they never fixed my vehocle...they gave it back to me and swore they test drove it for 8 miles and it went in at 71808 miles and left ther at 78809 miles...Mike and Cameron wer in charge and they lied to me sp many times its rediculous...i will follow up with screenshots and photos of my bumper hanging wen i picked it up...my car was shaking at 2 miles per hour...worst absolutely THE WORST SERVICE EVERRRRR....DO NOT WORK WOTB CAMERO LN OR MIKE.
I’ve been coming here for years, dealing with the same people. This is a great place to bring your vehicle. When you walk in, you’re greeted by Claudia at the front desk. She is very attentive and friendly and will make sure your vehicle gets going on its little repair journey. The rest of the staff there are amazing. Matt and Laura are the estimators there. Both of them are great people and both provide you with excellent customer service and make sure your car is handed back to you in better condition than it arrived in ;)
Carlos in the Parts department was awesome. I called about buying an EV charger and he helped me locate the nearby locations that might have one and when he realized I was in a rush he was able to get mine same day. He was kind, answered all my questions, was not pushy about anything, and ensured I was happy with my purchase. If you need anything from the parts department I highly recommend contacting him.
Went here yesterday to buy a car. I called ahead and let them know which car I was interested in and when I'd be there. They had a salesperson available when I got there which was nice. Test ride and negotiation went well. After we had agreed on a price and I let them know I was paying cash they made me wait around an hour while they prepped stuff or something.
