I purchased a truck here and immediately had to have it in multiple times in the first few months. The service advisor was horrible a communication. Multiple trips there to resolve issues. Fast forward to now, I scheduled a mobile service request for another vehicle and I get a window for my scheduled service between 11:30-6pm worse than the cable company time frame. Service department is pleasant and very helpful! I arrived early to pick up my vehicle and a service member came over to check if I’ve been helped. I told him I was early and didn’t get confirmation that my car was ready yet, but he brought me to the service advisor to check on my car’s status. Their eagerness to help is so appreciated, and I love how they take care of teachers and school employees!
