We came in seriously interested in an F-150 with a $60–70k budget, but the salesperson (an older woman with short hair) flat out refused to let us test-drive unless we promised to buy the truck the same day. So according to this dealership, you’re not allowed to test-drive unless you’re already buying? That’s ridiculous. Test-driving is part of the buying process, not a “free ride.” We left extremely disappointed and will never recommend this place.
Don't know how else to go about this. Not sure if they are too busy or just short staffed. I have contacted service support via on-line (x2) and 3 times via phone (voice mail). No return call or anything. I just want to talk to someone about my vehicle since the warranty is expiring and i am having minor concerns (recent) right now. Looking to get them addressed before the warranty expires in 2 months.
