I've been using Gosh Ford Service Dept for all my maintenance needs for a while and never had an issue until recently. I took my vehicle in a few weeks ago due to a noise in one of the rear wheels. They told me it was going to take 1 week due to the fact that they needed to order the part, this seemed reasonable to me. So the dealership constantly ask for your experience and ask for review's both the service paperwork and billboards in the wait room. Alright ill give a review. Generally speaking I've came to Temecula service center since the center in Escondido is subpar since buying my truck in 2022.
