So the dealership constantly ask for your experience and ask for review's both the service paperwork and billboards in the wait room. Alright ill give a review. Nina in the parts department helped me find some parts I needed. She was patient and very kind!
I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time (and 10 minutes before they opened) and I was quickly greeted! they knew who I was and had the keys to the loaner car in hand and I was quickly on my way home. I am so grateful for the great service I was given, and I loved how they take care of educators. I got an oil change, a full inspection, and my tires rotated. I needed a new set of tires and a new draglink for my truck . I called in and talked to a nice lady named Nina. She helped me to find the proper size tires and directed me patiently to get the correct part for my truck. Thanks again for your kindness and sorry for my lack of car knowledge
Ram from express lane was very helpful. He assisted me and walked me through the process and car was done faster than expected. He topped that with a nice discount at the end.
