When I brought my 2000 Taurus in for service, it was efficient and not too long of a wait. I continue to be very pleased with my service advisor... Grant Bell. Please compliment Grant for his excellent work with customers and knowledge of cars.

I was told that the repair would take 3 to 4 weeks due to the fact that the part I need was on back order but after Ray Clearwater negotiated getting me a rental vehicle during the duration of my repairs... it only took two days to get me back on the road. Ray went above and beyond and ensured that my accommodations were met. Ray is a true professional and has and will make me choose ford in the future. Hire more guys like Ray Clearwater.
