Over all my experience with GoSafe was outstanding. I contacted the company and was dealt with in an extremely courteous fashion. The nest, which was enbedded deep in the ground behind a deck wall, was removed quickly. The deck boards were put back in place and the price quote, which by the way was quite reasonable, was the price I paid. It's nice to experience a service company that is fair and deserves an AAA+ rating.
Super patient at listening to our concerns and questions related to the bald faced hornet nest. They were able to send someone within an hour to our place to take care of the issue on a Saturday morning. Mr. Sav was super friendly and extremely experienced at handling the nest. The whole process didn't take long and he explained to me what will happen next and that we can call them back to the extent same problem comes back in the next three months. Overall, we are very happy with the hornet removal service.

Excellent company I called late sat afternoon and they fit me into same day schedule . Told me between 2 and 4 and were here at 230 and the service tech was excellent in communicating with me and explained everything to me . 10 stars for this company and Iam not big on reviews
