I came to gortsema in September 2025 to get my first truck, I found a beautiful 2014 copper Toyota tundra. Leslie and Joe were awesome they did everything they could to get me that truck and we're so nice and honest with me, Ive been here other times as well for service for all my vehicles and have taken wonderful care of me, thank you for everything you do I really appreciate it
I was driving by and I saw some of their mudflaps and I thought wow I could have my name on the mudflap so I called them and I live about four or five hours and this lady answered I can’t remember her name but she was the most disrespectful person you could meet. after I received the mudflaps (wanting a set of four they did not tell me that it was only two) after paying lots of money for shipping I’m very disappointed in the product and I called them and the owner Joe answered and I just feel disrespected after not getting a... read more
We cannot thank them enough for getting us back on the road to Northern Idaho for our aunts 87th birthday which was the next day. You know when you find an amazing dealer repair shop that is honest!!! Thank you Michael Snyder and your team, you guys were friendly, honest and we thank you for squeezing us in to get to our destination in time. When we come back in, it will be to purchase our next truck from you!!!
We were going back-and-forth on vehicles and Leslie was there the whole time for us. We are grateful for her time and energy and her unlimited well willingness to try to make it happen.
