Terrible company. They do not care about their employees. Supervisors are rude and disrespectful. Employees are not treated like people. They do not give warnings for firings, and fire on little notice. Inappropriate remarks to female coworkers are not handled properly at all. If you’re a female the company is full of creeps. My girlfriend worked here, and had a coworker try to encourage her cheating on me with him. He was about 50, she was 19. Samtec contracted Gorski Engineering to manage the major renovation of an 18,000 sq ft building for a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. From start to finish, the Gorski team demonstrated professionalism and maintained an open line of communication. Just took the keys and Certificate of Occupancy for our new 29,000 sqft. expansion to our main facility in Souderton, PA this week!! Gorski handled it all and made it easy for us.. from the plans, permitting, site work, building, HVAC, everything!!! Made it easy for us.
