I was very disappointed with the workmanship for refinishing my engineered wood. Would never recommend having it done. The repair to the damaged piece of wood was done with wood filler and began peeling immediately. The sales representative response was that I was told verbally in advance and that I signed paperwork that stated it was not guaranteed. They talked us out of a high gloss finish repeatedly bc " we didnt need it". The finish is so porous now, as you can see from the photos that is is not protected at all. The finished job needs protection from scatches and liquids. We tried to work with them to make it right but they showed attitude and didnt want to make it right which was obvious. We now need another company out to finish the job. They are not the orginal Gorsegner Bothers.
RecommendedWe had all the floors done in our condo, great job and they look beautiful, and easy maintenance. Everyone was super nice and showed up on time and nothing left behind. There were a lot of options to pick from and they were very helpful in explaining different types. Would highly recommend them.
They did the most beautiful job installing our reclaimed wood floors a few years ago and every once in a while they come to do a professional cleaning. They are friendly, and very efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did! We highly recommend Gorsegner Brothers.
Gorsegnor did floors in our house - not only was the quality of the finished work top notch, the job was so clean and the staff so courteous and professional. They are a local family business and do a lot for the community. I could not recommend them more.
Gorsegner Brothers completed a flooring project for us recently and did an exceptional job!! The staff was very accommodating, efficient, responsive, and meticulous. Most importantly, we couldn’t be happier with the quality of work! They installed a new floor in our kitchen, wove it into our family room, sanded & color matched it to the rest of the floors in our house. Thank you Gorsegner Brothers for a great experience!
I’m sure they do a fine job but my experience with Gorsegner would prevent me from recommending them .
Bottom line, do not use them. Find a company that backs up their word, you don’t have to chase, especially after you only being understanding and patient, and cares how they speak to you.
