Quick? Nope. Quoted 1 hour. 4 hours later. Quoted battery price + instalation and sales tax. After Slow Poke Gonzalez broke a battery bolt off probably because they were HAF and didn't realize the air impact tool was set on tighten. Not lose. Snap!! Right tight lefty losey??? Worse? This joke of a place had to go to another dealership ( southgate ford 8 miles away ). When the same bolt could have been bought 2 miles away ( there and back in 10 mims ) And guess what. $10.
