My experience at Gorno Ford Quick Lane was amazing, Being my 1st time here I will definitely be back and also put the word out to everyone I know to try this place out - great customer service and also great service !!!!
I had Lola, my 2024 Mustang GT, in for an oil change at Quick Lane - Gorno Ford, and the whole experience was excellent. Aaron, Charlotte, and Alaina were all bright, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They were efficient, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to work with ,even taking the time to chat and ask about my weekend. I also really appreciated that the mechanic took great care of my Mustang. She’s my baby, so that means a lot. Great customer service from start to finish, and I truly appreciated the positive experience!
Don't waste your money at this dealership, I bought a used pickup. Purchased a warranty, and so far everything that needs to be repaired IS NOT COOVERD. New brakes front and back $1800 AC need to service $200. These are things that should have been done before putting it for sale on there lot plus I've spent hours cleaning the inside of the truck. If you think it's a good deal it probably isn't. I would advise you to buy some we're else.!!
Nothing "quick" about this place. Frequently wait 15-20 minutes to check out after the oil change has been completed. I've never had an oil change done here in under an hour. I won't be back, especially after being charged double what I could have bought 2 air filters directly from Ford for. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
