First time using Gorno for service and I will absolutely be back. Keely was so amazing and helpful. She made the experience as easy and flawless as possible and got my car back in two days!
this dealership is a scam.took my truck in for a misfire.then they say it the transmission when my truck never slipped once but had them replace and now my truck sounds worst after paying 5k and no they saying it my motor after i brought it into for the motor.
Gorno Bros Inc Services replaced my (recalled) rear view mirror. Dave and all of the technicians and employees working in the area were personable, professional and welcoming as we waited...we were greeted with friendly hello's, offered a courtesy car ride, and water. I received text progress reports. The replacement was completed in about 1 1/2 hours. All employees were wearing masks, social distance signs were posted as well as other Covid-19 protocols. We had a good experience today.
