Terrible experience. Service center declined warranty work that I had previously had approved before warranty expired. Due to the parts not being available we were told they would get the part and call me in. Since it went to the back fold down seat we were not worried about the no call or regencies. Many months later while getting oil change and of course recall work we asked about it and they said it’s out of year warranty and we would have to pay for it.. Great experience buying my F 150. The salesperson was accommodating, knowledgeable and fun to work with. The managers were exceptional, even the finance department was quick and friendly. I purchased a warranty and tire care package. I highly recommend visiting Gorno Ford for your next purchase.
