I have used this florist for some years now. I don't know if they have changed hands but I will no longer be using them. The order received the last few times has been unrecognisable compared to what I have ordered online. This week, I specifically ordered a Pink Flora arrangement - the flowers delivered did not include a single one of the varieties shown in the picture, were multicoloured and were wrapped in purple paper. My daughters bought me a lovely posey for mothers day ❤️ Sadly, the roses started dropping off the next day 😭 Big bucks $$! Poorly spent 😭
Ordered the premium Rainbow Surprise arrangement (to pick up). I asked that pinks/purples be carnations/irises if possible. I was delighted with the result, as was the recipient :-)
Extremely disappointed! Pathetic service. I had personally gone to this florist on 08/04/2025, picked and paid for the delivery of a bouquet to a drs office. I had told them of the importance of delivering it on 08th. I was promised that the bouquet would be delivered by 1:30 pm on 8th. I later called around 2:30 pm to confirm if the bouquet was delivered.
