I recently had Gorman Roofing replace the roofs at the Apartment Community I manage in Aurora, CO. I was blown away at how smooth the process was. I have to say that in the beginning with the pre-construction meeting, I had a lot of concerns. Nothing to do with Gorman, just general concerns with how roofing projects can go. It was the complete opposite. We received constant communication from Bob and Bryan throughout the entire process.
