Where do I start. Gorman took over our lease from the previous company in 2024. Everything was smooth until June of that year when we had a roomate become mentally unstable and violent. This included damaging the property, writing on the walls, and threatening other tenants in the house. Gorman did absolutely nothing to help us. All they cared about was polices and procedures instead of our safety. We have been with Gorman Real Estate for over 10 years. It was great working with them. They were always very responsive when anything needed fixing. The two times we moved into a place they rented out we found a clean and decent place. They have a great referral service when you move out - cleaning crews that give you an estimate for cleaning the property when you move out, an estimate provided by the cleaning service and you can have it charged towards your deposit if you like.
