We have been with Gorman Real Estate for over 10 years. It was great working with them. They were always very responsive when anything needed fixing. The two times we moved into a place they rented out we found a clean and decent place. They have a great referral service when you move out - cleaning crews that give you an estimate for cleaning the property when you move out, an estimate provided by the cleaning service and you can have it charged towards your deposit if you like. We rented a single family home via Gorman for the last 15 months ending December 2022...Gorman exceeded expectations in every way. They are one of the most responsive, courteous and professional businesses, not just real estate managers, I have ever dealt with. I can't recommend them enough and if ever (hopefully in the next few years) we return to the Monterey Peninsula, Gorman will be the very first real estate company we contact.
