I appreciate the nurse practioner that helped me with my medical concerns and found a solution. She did listen to me and showed compassion. The lower stars is because I keep having overpriced billing issues from labs that were done and I was misquoted. And then it seems impossible to get anyone on the phone to help. I am beyond frustrated. I did call the lab and they said to call the doctor's office to verify what was requested and what was received at the office. My insurance said the same. As a first time patient of Kim Meidiger, I drove an hour and a half for my appointment with her. Based off all of her positive reviews and I can say I was VERY impressed! She took time with me, talked with me, she educated me and came up with solutions. She made me feel cared for and important. I HIGHLY recommend coming to see her. 10 out of 10 stars!
Jeanie is a professional, listening to the patient and taking their concerns to heart. She doesn't have the attitude that seems to plague so many that they know your body better than you do. I'm very excited to be patient of hers.
