Total cost of a new system was 12500 dollars. Day one it did not work. When I called to get help I was told "I do not care how much you spent". I finally got someone out and it turns out they didn't wire it properly. After insisting they leave an old return cover they took it anyways. It was a 400 dollar custom piece. I called to get it back and after calling for 2 weeks and being promised someone would reach out to me I'm still trying to get ahold of someone. They installed two returns on one of the systems. Had 3 new units installed. The installs were completed on time as promised & the techs were very professional. There were a few minor issues concerning the original system that were updated at no charge(leaking vent). I had gotten 4 quotes for the project & Gorman was very competitive. Highly recommend.
