My experience with them was outstanding. It's been so long since I've seen this kind of customer service. Doug and Jim really know their stuff of ACs and they continue to follow up with you to make sure you get the right AC. I know nothing about ACs and they made this replacement such a breeze. Best store, will def recommend to others.

Over the past two years we have bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer from Gorman. Their prices are every bit as good as the big discount stores but they are a local independent store. Delivery was very easy and they worked with us on all rebates and discounts. A much better buying experience... our friends from farther away now use Gorman as well. Highly recommended.

Quietly Competent and Knowledgeable Pricing was right on par with the Big Box stores (surprise!), or we wouldn't even have kept looking there. Added plus that the good advice was free. Doug (the owner?) really took his time, gave us great advice between brands and who had what rebates and when, and then once we'd settled on appliances, showed us the difference in features between their middle and top lines, and also what rebates Bosch had going on, and for which units.
