Dr. Zurinaga is a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. Unfortunately his PA is very poor at responding to calls and queries.and the staff don’t respond in a timely manner, if they respond at all. I am trying to find another Doctor for my mother even though she thinks Dr. Zurinaga is the best and wants to keep him as her primary doctor. I am looking to change since we never get call backs to our queries and phone calls when we need help and or direction regarding a problem that occurs between scheduled appointments.

Good doctor, knowledgeable, calm manner, but the absolute WORST front office of any medical group I have been with. No one ever answers the phone so you are forced to leave a message even for something as routine as scheduling an appt. They rarely return calls so you call over and over. Orders are not sent to other doctors, mammogram orders are not sent so you have to go to the office and wait until they find someone to fill out the order. Refills are not called in.
