Yes. Customer service to the service tech were great. Hard to find a company that you can trust. They could of easily told me I needed a new AC unit but instead made a easier fix for less money.

Our ac went out on July 4th weekend hottest days of the year. I called and Kris who took my call was courteous and helpful and had a service tech was sent out within 2 hours. He was very nice and professional and followed all the social distancing guidelines and fixed our unit. We will continue to do business with Gorjanc and recommend to others as well. Thank you!
