I never want to leave a bad review for a place because I know how impactful it is but after reading other customers experiences I felt like I needed to share. I also went into the Oakbrook store location looking for an item that is solely sold online. The staff inside did not make me feel welcome and I was met with rudeness. Service has been fine but the rings are not worth the price. The “gold” flakes off very easily. For the prices they charge shouldn’t happen.

I love gorjana jewelry, but unfortunately my in-store experience was disappointing. The staff did not feel welcoming and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service really impacts the overall experience, especially at a brand like this. I hope this location can improve, but based on my visit, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

I came in with my friend a while back... A short blonde person was assisting us and was so rude. She was incredibly judgmental and made us feel unwelcome. I don’t leave reviews often but it was sad and I don’t want other people to feel that way.
