Service has been fine but the rings are not worth the price. The “gold” flakes off very easily. For the prices they charge shouldn’t happen.
I love gorjana jewelry, but unfortunately my in-store experience was disappointing. The staff did not feel welcoming and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service really impacts the overall experience, especially at a brand like this. I hope this location can improve, but based on my visit, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
I came in with my friend a while back... A short blonde person was assisting us and was so rude. She was incredibly judgmental and made us feel unwelcome. I don’t leave reviews often but it was sad and I don’t want other people to feel that way.
Outstanding red carpet service, great selection readily available. Special shout out to Jo for going above and beyond!
The team at Gorjana was amazing. While I was looking around, the sales associates played with my daughter and let her run around. they were very friendly and HELPFUL! I love everything about this place, especially Fine Jewelry collection! Thank you again🥰
