Bad service and awful return policy for a cheap product that will break the third time you wear it. Avoid.

This place is really unfortunately another chain with bad product and exorbitant prices. I cannot recommend it to anyone. The majority of their products are plated, which means they can’t be repaired once they break, and their return policy is awful. They don’t actually allow returns, even when the items are faulty because they are so poorly made. You are trapped into keeping your money in their pocket once you buy something. My friends and I like to stop in. It’s so cute in there. The girls there are so sweet, it seems like they have a small staff so I usually see the same people working but they know my name. I always feel welcomed, and I love the fancy waters they give me every time, the new summer totes are super cute too!
My girlfriend shops here all the time, she loves it. Shopping isn’t my thing but the girls working there make it a nice experience, I sit and they always offer me a water while staying attentive to my girlfriend while she has them opening tons of drawers and trying lots of things on. She leaves happy, I leave happy
