The shop is clean and maintained. I didn't see dirt/grundge/etc while waiting and during ink breaks. It was nice to see Jay, the owner, moping and cleaning soon as they opened. He was friendly and professional. Terin Marie does exceptional work. She's very welcoming and professionally friendly, patient and truly cares about her work, details, comfort of the client, and talks through every detail.
