RecommendedMy boyfriend took his truck there and these guys was great. Only took 1 1/2 hours. Very friendly, asked if we needed anything, great price, would recommend them. Thank you again gentlemen. One thing is get some better chairs to sit on. LOL
Yes this place is amazing very reasonable, i let them intall a unit im my Mercedes-Benz 550 deluxe truck the wiring was professionally done i couldnt even tell they had been in my truck ,they didn't try and push any UNNESSARY products on me but did adivse me on what they think would be the better choice they did my car in an half of day oh my god, i would recommend them to anyone AMAZING JOB AND ,im a tom boy so ive had sound systems installed in a number of my cars ,its a must go to place SERIOUSLY 5 STARS ALL THE WAY
They have always treated me right. Have gone to them for all three of my cars. The latest was my 2014 ram. Very professional and always make it look like they didn't even move anything in the install.
Horrible customer service the so called manager that spoke Spanish treated my mom as garbage, she went in for a remote control of a car that she bought 7 months ago to ask why it had no battery, the manager started to yell and curse at her without any respect because first of all she is his client and second of all she is a woman than the guy threw the control battery to the floor and kicked ir outside that is not the customer service they so offer, we are going to sue!!
Great staff and customer service. I brought my 2008 Nissan Rogue in for a remote start. Work was performed quickly and staff is a pleasure to work with!
A+++ 10/10 customer service and attention to detail. Great prices! They want their clientele to leave satisfied and happy. Song and George (might be mistaking his name) were unbelievable and the crew that installed my LED headlights and JLAudio subwoofer were amazing. It is simply impossible to express my experience at Gorilla Sound from their endless inventory of high end products and more importantly to the professionals who are passionate about what they do. I will be back for business in the near future.
Place is jam packed with everything you need. High end equipment not the crap you get from chain store electronics. Good pricing. My visit was 15 minutes and I had everything I needed to complete my install. All said and done extremely happy with the finished product!
Very professional, did a great job and had me out of there in 2 hours like they said!
