Had problems with workers not being able to complete section of roof correctly. Had to keep addressing the issue and was stalled for weeks. Once complete roof was leaking into the soffit. I had to repair the soffit and the leak is stilll persistig as of 6-3-26 I am continuing to try and get this addressed as the roof is still under warranty. I have been calling and did a walk in and provided video footage and I continue to be stalled and put off. The video footage I currently have is too long for this review, so I am unable ... read more
Gorilla brought storm damage to our attention, helped us through the insurance process (insurance company fought it all the way, but finally paid - we only had to pay our deductible). Support team was always friendly and helpful, installation team was excellent - friendly, dedicated/motivated, good install, including clean up.

I am very pleased with all the work of Gorilla Roofing's staff in replacing the roof on my house. Chad helped immeasurably getting the project approved by my HOA and the roofers, Pedro, Patricio, Hugo and Elias , completed the project very well in less than four days. Additionally, all of the ancillary staff, like the dumpster deliveryman and the final cleanup man, Shane, were very accommodating in making sure that my property was free of debris, like metal parts that could have been a danger to my car's tires.
