The personnel have been very helpful throughout the entire process. We are happy with the quality of both the material and craftmanship. We would certainly work with them again.
Gorilla just completed my roof and I'm very impressed. Nick, my sales guy, was awesome. Scott, the GM, was hands on with the project and very easy to communicate with. The roof went up in 2 days even with the terrible weather. I highly recommend these guys. Great company.
Gorilla Roofing came through out private neighborhood soliciting roof inspections after a storm. MANY of us in the neighborhood used them for repair. The roof works great but the customer service is atrocious. And I do mean atrocious. We could never find out where were were financially, showed up to the office to try and figure it out and could never get a clear answer. We had paid 40K already.
