Poor response time. Called on Tuesday to find out about snow removal, it’s 3 days later, no one called me back after leaving my information. While I can understand there was a lot of snow happening early this week, they could have at least called me back. Used them once for gutter cleaning, but after this, wouldn’t use them again for anything.
They were so quick to reply to and undertake our service request, the service was wonderful, really nice guys! And best of all my dryer now finishes a load in one cycle, thanks!!!
I had Gorilla Property Services come out to 2 buildings I manage to clean all the balconies and they were awesome! They were very responsive, very nice, and did great work. The owner of the building and the tenants are all very happy with the results. Thank you Max, Duncan, Roger and everyone else on the team!!
Was contacted by them for a quote, they didn't inspect the property, gave me a quote with wrong information, didn't quote me the service I primarily asked about, and when I said we wouldn't be going forward, they sent me an incredibly rude and passive aggressive email. Unimpressive customer service to say the least!
