There seemed to be a lot of companies like ours, but nobody had that extra little “Spark”. Some claimed to be the fastest pressure washers, some claimed to be the best at graffiti removal and a good chunk of them claimed to be the “cheapest” price in town. Our system is simple. Was contacted by them for a quote, they didn't inspect the property, gave me a quote with wrong information, didn't quote me the service I primarily asked about, and when I said we wouldn't be going forward, they sent me an incredibly rude and passive aggressive email. Unimpressive customer service to say the least!
