I had Gorilla Property Services come out to 2 buildings I manage to clean all the balconies and they were awesome! They were very responsive, very nice, and did great work. The owner of the building and the tenants are all very happy with the results. Thank you Max, Duncan, Roger and everyone else on the team!!
Was contacted by them for a quote, they didn't inspect the property, gave me a quote with wrong information, didn't quote me the service I primarily asked about, and when I said we wouldn't be going forward, they sent me an incredibly rude and passive aggressive email. Unimpressive customer service to say the least!
Super impressed with the service. Siding looked brand new when the job was complete. Would highly recommend and will use service again in the future. Great job.
