Derek is so rude when you try to talk to him. He told me that it was going cost me $3,181.00 to get into one of their houses. Than later on he sent me an email stated that it was going to cost me $4400.00 to get into the same house. The house I was applying for is ran down and needs a lot of work to be done. Derek thinks he is better than everyone else.

I own a bunch of rentals and I’m a landlord. This place treats there tenants really unfairly and will nickel and dim them to get no deposit back. It’s really sad that institutions like these guys do this to people. I would never hire them for my properties.

I was skeptical of Derek because of the reviews, but Derek is very professional. He always answers his phone at any hour. I would rent from him again and recommend others. Thanks Derek you’re great.

My wife, Stephanie, and I both use Derek and Gorilla Rents for our rental properties in Salt Lake City, UT. I rarely hear of issues arising and when they do each one is handled quickly and to the best of their ability. Most recently we had a tenant be evicted for not abiding by the lease terms. They owed the final months rent and the team at Gorilla Rents was able to collect. Excited to continue doing business with Gorilla Rents as we purchase more properties.
