Terrible haircut! My brother in law went and just wanted a trim and told her clearly but she cut all the bottom half of his hair. Terrible work! No shape, not even asking half way to make sure she was doing it right. Never going back!

I wanted a builder gel manicure and the lady put a glob on my finger which burned so bad!!! I somehow ended up with acrylic on nails and now it looks like I have lopsided bubble nails. I need a refund
Well, I can not give a review of how the ladies do their job here, but what I can say is that after waiting for 1:20 minutes, even though I had schedule an appointment, I never received any customer service. I waited for 35 minutes after my schedule appt to received services, them got moved to a pedicure chair and procesed to wait for another 40 minutes, and waited, and waited and no pedicure, I got tired of waiting and I proceeded to walk to the lobby, and wait there for my 2 other companions while they got their pedicures ... read more
