I had a very disappointing experience with my recent full foil highlight. Before starting, I clearly informed the stylist that I had used black box dye to cover my greys. Overall hair treatment is fine. She is just inconvenient. I had four appointments with her over the past year and all were canceled or reschedule because of her personal matters. Braina never gave me any tips with my hair care after she did my big chop due to radiation treatments. And her bracelet charms always hit me in my head during washing. Other than that, she did my hair based on what I booked. Even though she never asked or remember how I preferred my hair to be parted. She was decent.
