I wish I could give zero stars. I had a terrible and dangerous experience at this Lash Studio. After getting my lashes done here, I ended up with a large chunk of glue lodged into my eye, which has now scratched my eye and caused me significant pain and discomfort. When I reached out to the studio, Andy completely denied responsibility and refused to offer a refund or any resolution, even though I provided clear evidence.
