I came here with high hopes due to her ratings, but unfortunately left extremely disappointed. I told her at the beginning of the appointment that I wanted a haircut to restore my original hair texture and she claimed that she would be able to do the particular cut I showed her a reference photo of. But then she proceeded to cut it 4-5 inches shorter than I asked her for.
