You will not find a better Mediterranean restaurant in Seattle. I have been going there for years and I can not recommend it enough. George is wonderful and his food is fantastic.

AMAZING FOOD!!!! You have to eat here. George's has the best Mediterranean food in Seattle...the best I have ever had. It's a small place, only a few seats. You may have to wait a bit to sit and/or get your food but it is WELL WORTH THE WAIT. George is the only cook (with 2 helpers setting things up). He gets all of his spices sent from his mother in Israel.

Mesmerizing dishes, great wine!! – Hands down, has to be one of Seattle's greatest secrets. Walter and the staff will make you feel very welcome. The ribs, the pizza, and the house salad were incredible. Now my favorite wine is Malbec thanks to these guys. I look forward to trying the steak. I'll be back soon.
